information to help you get best acquainted:

WILLIS McGAHEE 2004:

In his first career NFL game, vs. Jax. (9/12/04), McGahee rushed for 31
yards on nine carries and caught one pass for 12 yards in a reserve
role…carried the ball two times for minus three yards at Oak. (9/19)…played
but did not touch the ball vs. NE (10/3)…led the team in rushing with 42
yards on eight carries (5.3 avg.) at NYJ (10/10), and also caught one pass
for two yards…had a game-long 21-yard run in the fourth quarter that set up
the team's first touchdown of the game…started in his first career NFL game
vs. Mia. (10/17) and rushed for 111 yards on 26 carries…his 111 rushing
yards in only his fifth NFL game ranks him as the third quickest Bill in
history to eclipse the century mark in the beginning of his career, and the
highest yardage total for any Bills running back in their first career
start…McGahee is also the 27th Bill in team annals to reach the 100-yard
mark in a game…his 31 yard rush in the fourth quarter was his first career
run of over 30 yards…also caught three passes for 31 yards vs. Mia.,
including a nine-yard fourth down reception in the second quarter…his first
five receptions of his career have occurred on either third or fourth down
with three of the five resulting in first downs…did not start at Bal.
(10/24) but received the bulk of the playing time and carried the ball 16
times for 58 yards…also caught one pass for one yard…at Bal. was his third
straight game with a rush of 15-plus yards…started his second career game
vs. AZ (10/31) and rushed for 102 yards on 30 carries with two
touchdowns…his two rushing touchdowns were the first scores of his
career…had two rushes of over 20 yards (23 & 24) on the team's first drive,
marking the fourth straight game McGahee has sprung runs of 15-plus
yards…carried the ball 37 times for 132 yards and one touchdown vs. NYJ
(11/7)…his 37 carries are the highest Bill rush total since Thurman Thomas
registered 37 carries on 11/8/92, and the second highest in team history (39
by O.J. Simpson, 10/29/73…since 1970, only two other players have rushed for
over 100-plus yards in their first three starts [Stump Mitchell (first four)
and Chris Brown]…also caught two passes for 11 yards…totaled team highs in
carries and yards with 14 rushes for 37 yards at NE (11/14)…also recorded
one catch for 12 yards…rushed for 100-plus yards for the fourth time this
season vs. St.L (11/21) on a 20 carry 100 yard performance (both game
highs)…had a run of 41 yards in the third quarter, marking his first career
run of over 40 yards…wrote himself, once again, in the Bills record books,
becoming only the third Bill to ever rush for four-plus touchdowns in one
game with four touchdowns on 28 carries for a game-high 116 yards at Sea.
(11/28)…he was the first to rush for four-plus touchdowns in a game since
Roland Hooks did it vs. Cin, 9/9/79…his TD runs came on runs of two, two, 30
and one yard(s)…McGahee also caught two passes for 26 yards…in his return to
his hometown, Miami, McGahee rushed for a game high 91 yards on 23 carries
at Mia. (12/5)…also caught one pass for four yards…had a long gain of 21
yards, marking his ninth straight game with a run of 10-plus yards…gained a
game-high 105 yards on 27 carries with two touchdowns vs. Cle. (12/12)…also
caught two passes for 12 yards…carried the ball 11 times for 25 yards at
Cin. (12/19)…also caught two passes for one yard…eclipsed the 1,000-yard
rushing mark for the first time in his career at SF (12/26) on a 20-yard run
in the third quarter…finished with 102 yards and two touchdowns on 15
carries, averaging 6.8 yards per carry…also caught one pass for 14
yards…McGahee is one of only five Bills to record seven-plus 100-yard
performances in a season, and the first with seven since Thurman Thomas had
seven in 1993…his two touchdowns gave him 11 on the year, marking the 10th
time in Bills history a player has rushed for 10-plus touchdowns in a
season…the pair of touchdowns also marked the fourth time he's recorded
multi-TD games this season, making him the first first-year Bills running
back in history to post four in a season…notched his fifth multi-TD game of
the season vs. Pit. (1/2/05) with a pair of touchdowns on 18 carries for 79
yards…his five multi-TD games in '04 are the second most by a Bill in a
single season, behind only O.J. Simpson's six in 1975…finished the year with
1,128 rushing yards, second most in Bills history for a first-year running
back…eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark seven times in 11 starts, setting a
new record for first-year Bills (old record: three by Joe Cribbs and Greg
Bell)…McGahee closed out the season with 13 straight games with a rush of
over 10 yards, and knocked off runs of 20-plus yards in five of the team's
last seven games…his 13 rushing touchdowns on the year tied him for the
second highest total in team history; three behind O.J. Simpson's 16
touchdowns in 1975.

Sanuces Ryu Jiu Jitsu is the Eye-To-Eye system of Jiu Jitsu developed by
Grand Master Dr. Moses Powell. The system derives its base from Jiu Jitsu,
The Mother Art” from which Karate, Judo, Aikido, etc. were born.

Dr. Powell has trained and taught in the Martial Arts since 1954. He sought
to perfect a system of self-defense for modern day man and an open hand
system that would enable men, women or children to protect life and property
in the environment, which we now live.

Sanuces Ryu means,Survival By Simplicity and teaches the skills of
blocking, striking, throwing, and subduing in the practical (street)
application. It also teaches the, Art”: The movement of an intelligent
mind, controlling a disciplined body in a display of speed, form, power,
technique and gracefulness.

Sanuces Ryu is Jiu Jitsu! Jiu Jitsu is the science of striking, grabbing
or pulling areas of an attacker’s body causing severe and intense pain and
possibly debilitation injuries. This is not a sport. This is self-defense.
